What We Have: Salisbury house is a high quality 5 bedroom accommodation furnished to high standard within a safe environment. Our home creates a peaceful, safe and comfortable for service users. The home is designed with independent living in mind with privacy being maintained.
Our home will have entertaining activities and day trips on offer, so service users can be certain of meeting new friends. Each room will be decorated to suit the individuals’ style with chest drawers, wardrobes and a bed. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cutlery. Cupboard with a lock for personal safe-keeping of goods. Oasis house has communal dining and living room area for interaction and relaxing. Utility room for washing, drying clothes and additional storage. A dining table and a main lounge for relaxing and watching TV. The staff will have a separate office to enable them to provide a homely environment.

- To provide shared accommodation or self-contained units; depending on the young person’s needs.
- Fully furnished accommodation, with communal living rooms and facilities to support young people in their journey towards independence.
- We will carry out maintenance work within a reasonable time scale.
- All accommodations will have gas safety certificate and Fire Risk Assessments, where appropriate properties will also be HMO licensed.
- Located conveniently to allow easy access to transport facilities, education centers, health centers and leisure centers.

- We will maintain all areas in a clean, hygienic and orderly condition while keeping a pleasant and comfortable ambience for residents.
- A welcome pack will be given to the young person when they move in, consisting of all bedding requirements, toiletries and crockery.
- Each young person is provided with their own private bedroom and are encouraged to add their own personal touch to their room.
Incentive Programme
As part of life skill development young people will be offered an incentivize programme to participate in house-keeping tasks, day to day management of the building and carry out maintenance tasks which could lead to accreditation and paid opportunities.
