We actively involve youth in governance processes, conducting evaluations that inform our service delivery:
1. Governance - Engaging in staff interviews and participating in annual team appraisals.
2. Service Delivery - Assessing accommodation standards, refining policies & procedures, and contributing to Strategic Partnership meetings.
3. Service User Participation - Leading the development of user involvement activities, shaping agendas for house meetings, planning enriching outings, and managing a client inclusion budget.

Our Team
Evolving Living is a 24/7 supported living service providing long term support and care in order for our service users to gain essential skills, evolve and live independently. We also provide short-term care to help service users develop practical skills needed for them to live independently. Our service will help and educate on managing debt, daily living tasks, training/employment, mental health and drug and alcohol use.
We are thrilled to introduce our esteemed team of experienced carers who have collectively dedicated over 20 years to the care industry. At Evolving Lives, we take immense pride in the legacy of excellence that our carers have built, and we are excited to share how their expertise and passion enrich the lives of those under our care.
